IT Systems Administrator

📋 Description

• Act as primary help desk contact; manage Jira Service Management to ensure uptime.
• Manage identity services: Okta, AD/Azure AD, Google Workspace, Jamf, Intune.
• Lead onboarding/offboarding: workstation deployment, accounts, hardware.
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and Linux (Ubuntu) issues.
• Provision and maintain on-prem servers; manage antivirus and endpoint tools.
• Procure IT hardware and track inventory; support events; after-hours on-call.

🎯 Requirements

• IT Service Desk experience with on-site and remote support.
• Systems administration across Windows, macOS, Linux.
• Identity and cloud proficiency: Okta, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AD/Azure AD.
• Security fundamentals and enterprise network administration; zero-trust concepts.
• Operational discipline: Jira and Confluence for docs, inventory, and projects.
• Mindset: troubleshooter, calm under pressure, customer-first communication, team-oriented.
