IT Systems Administrator

📋 Description

• Administer core systems: Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, access
• Own patching, endpoint management, and monitoring to maximize uptime
• Run backups and test disaster recovery; follow FERPA security practices
• Ensure Canvas, Mastery, and Parchment environments run smoothly
• Automate routine tasks with scripts (PowerShell or similar)
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; document fixes

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years administering enterprise systems and networks
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID
• Knowledge of virtualization, backups, DR, and endpoint management
• Scripting for automation: PowerShell or Bash
• Understanding data privacy and security in education technology
• Clear communication and documentation of your work
