IT Systems Administrator

📋 Description

• Admin IT software/services: JumpCloud, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Confluence/Jira.
• Manage identity/access for third-party tools: Salesforce, Zendesk, RingCentral, M365.
• Automate manual processes using APIs to build scalable solutions.
• Plan and implement IT initiatives and tooling migrations.
• Translate stakeholder needs into practical technical solutions.
• Provide Tier 2 IT support; manage queue; escalate as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years IT infrastructure or IT support
• Degree or diploma or equivalent work experience
• SSO, VPNs, and MFA implementations
• SCIM and JIT provisioning with SSO connectors
• APIs and automation: design & build solutions
• Jira Service Management and other ITSM tools; IAM
• JumpCloud (or Okta), Google Workspace (Enterprise), Office 365, Salesforce
• Data-driven prioritization; translate needs to tech requirements
