IT Systems Administrator

📋 Description

• Administer Jamf Pro and Jamf Connect for macOS (enrollment, configuration profiles, smart groups
• Manage Apple Business Manager (ABM) for device enrollment, app licensing, and managed Apple IDs.
• Provision, configure, troubleshoot, and repair macOS, Windows, and Linux machines, mobile devices
• Own IT asset management end to end: procurement, deployment, ownership, licenses, and
• Run onboarding, offboarding, and role-change processes: device prep, account setup, access changes
• Own the daily Jira ticket queue, keeping prioritization, response times, and communication

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in IT support, IT operations, systems administration, or endpoint/device management. A
• Jamf certification (Jamf Certified Technician, Administrator, or higher), with hands-on production
• Experience supporting Windows and Linux systems, including server administration, in addition to
• Experience with JumpCloud or a similar MDM/directory platform for managing Windows and Linux
• Experience with Apple Business Manager and mobile device management (iOS/Android).
