IT Systems Administrator

📋 Description

• Own the Jira Service Management queue as the primary escalation, resolving incidents and requests
• Perform delegated MDM tasks in Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune, including enrollment, device record
• Administer day to day access in Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, and O365: user lifecycle
• Write and maintain knowledge base articles, runbooks, and self-service guides that let employees
• Manage endpoint-adjacent services such as conference room technology, PaperCut print and badging

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of industry experience in IT support, systems administration, or IT operations
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems preferred
• Hands-on experience with an MDM platform. Exposure to Jamf Pro or Microsoft Intune is strongly
• Working knowledge of an IT ticketing system such as Jira Service Management, or ServiceNow, with a
• Comfort administering enterprise SaaS applications such as Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts
