IT Systems Administrator

📋 Description

• Own IT ops for Sacramento HQ and multi-site network.
• Maintain hardware lifecycle: laptops, desktops, tablets across org.
• Manage servers and security across sites; monitor perf.
• Configure VPN and remote access; troubleshoot connectivity.
• Onboard/offboard users; provisioning across platforms without SSO.
• Administer software accounts: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Google Voice, Adobe.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree + 3+ yrs IT, or HS diploma + 5+ yrs exp.
• Experience managing Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 at scale.
• Hands-on hardware support, network troubleshooting, endpoint management.
• Provisioning/deprovisioning across platforms without automated SSO.
• Familiarity with Jira Service Management or similar ticketing system.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-site env.
• Valid driver license and reliable transport for multi-site travel.
• ERP admin experience (Acumatica) and MDM experience preferred.
