IT Systems Administrator

📋 Description

• Administer, support, manage, monitor, maintain, and improve computer systems, infrastructure
• Provide technical ownership and subject matter expertise for assigned platforms, systems
• Investigate and resolve escalated tickets, complex operational issues, outages, and major
• Proactively and reactively maintain appropriate levels of system availability, security, capacity
• Design, implement, maintain, test, and improve backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and
• Identify, develop, and implement scripting, automation, and monitoring improvements that reduce

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education, professional
• Demonstrated experience supporting and administering computer systems in a business or enterprise
• Working knowledge of scripting and automation, backup and disaster recovery, virtualization
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft Azure
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and operational issues using sound analytical
• Ability to design, document, diagram, implement, and maintain system designs, standards
