IT Systems Administrator

📋 Description

• Own the day-to-day administration of our SaaS stack, including maintenance, configuration changes
• Administer LangSmith, our product, and use APIs to automate admin work
• Administer identity and permissions across core SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack
• Develop scripts, integrations, and reusable workflows using low or no code tools
• Connect systems through APIs and event-driven workflows to reduce manual work
• Administer Okta and user access

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT systems administration or IT engineering, ideally at a fast-growing
• Experience administering a broad SaaS stack that includes Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and AI
• Hands-on experience administering Okta, including SSO, SCIM provisioning, and Okta Workflows
• Comfort with REST APIs, webhooks, and API authentication methods
• Experience using coding agents (e.g. Claude Code) as part of your day-to-day workflow
• Experience with a macOS MDM platform and endpoint security tooling
