IT Systems Administrator

📋 Description

• Own Okta as the control plane: SSO (SAML/OIDC), SCIM provisioning, group rules, profile/attribute
• Drive Okta to be the single source of provisioning for every eligible app; migrate remaining
• Design and maintain RBAC by department, role, and seniority; publish and maintain access control
• Build birthright access, time-bound access (e.g., international travel), and automatic revocation
• Govern service and shared accounts: inventory, ownership, conversion to named accounts, credential
• Run recurring access reviews and produce audit-ready evidence for SOC 2 and security reviews

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in IT operations / systems administration / IT engineering in a SaaS-first, remote company
• Deep, hands-on Okta administration: SSO (SAML/OIDC), SCIM, group rules, attribute mapping
• Hands-on MDM for both macOS and Windows (Iru/Kandji, Jamf, and/or Intune), including ABM/ADE
• Genuinely comfortable supporting both macOS and Windows. Our environment is about 85/15 Mac to
• Microsoft 365 / Office 365 experience: licensing and app deployment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Proven experience building automations and integrations with n8n (strongly preferred), Okta
