IT Systems and Automation Engineer

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day end user support across hardware, software, and access.
• Lead onboarding/offboarding; device provisioning via JumpCloud & Apple BM.
• Manage IT assets across offices—from procurement to retirement.
• Improve IT processes, runbooks and onboarding guides to reduce tickets.
• Manage SaaS licenses, renewals, upgrades and spend.
• Oversee onsite IT, networking, AV, UniFi, and security systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in IT support, IT systems engineering, or automation.
• Okta admin (SSO, MFA, Directory); Okta Workflows a plus.
• Python and JavaScript scripting/automation for API tasks.
• Familiar with Google Workspace, Slack, JumpCloud, CrowdStrike.
• Office networking/AV such as UniFi across multiple offices.
• Understanding of SOC2, PCI DSS, GDPR IT controls.
