📋 Description

• Make IT operations reliable, secure, and scalable via automation.
• Own identity, access, and SaaS operations (Okta, Google Workspace).
• Manage onboarding/offboarding and endpoint management for distributed team.
• Design secure automations using n8n, APIs, scripting.
• Improve workflows to be observable, documented, and scalable.
• Provide runbooks and support compliance activities.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in IT ops, SaaS admin, IAM, or similar roles.
• Google Workspace plus an identity provider (Okta or Entra ID).
• Onboarding/offboarding, groups, roles, access changes, deprovisioning.
• macOS device management via MDM (Kandji, Jamf, JumpCloud, Workspace ONE).
• Workflow automation with APIs, scripting, or AI-assisted tooling.
• REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, authentication, and integration troubleshooting.
