IT Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Own Okta as the authentication backbone (SSO, SCIM, MFA)
• Automate provisioning and deprovisioning; HR system sync
• Maintain access configuration as code; audit-ready processes
• Manage internal IT systems and Google Workspace admin
• Define and improve identity processes for a scalable remote org
• Collaborate across IT to support a growing remote team

🎯 Requirements

• Identity expertise: Okta SSO, SCIM, lifecycle automation, API provisioning
• IT experience: 5+ years in IT systems, identity, or access engineering
• Automation: Okta Workflows, n8n, APIs, webhooks; Python scripting
• Compliance: ISO 27001 or SOC 2 experience
• Google Workspace administration: users, groups, policies, security
• Remote collaboration; cross-hat in small IT team
