Administer and support core SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Iru, Intune).
Build and maintain internal systems, automations, dashboards, and analytics.
Use AI coding tools to accelerate scripts and integrations across internal systems.
Improve Help Desk delivery and provide executive support.
Create and maintain runbooks and internal documentation.
Partner with Security, Compliance, and Legal to meet HIPAA/regulatory requirements.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in IT Systems Engineering, Systems Administration, or advanced Help Desk roles.
Experience building AI agents and using coding assistants to automate tasks.
Hands-on Google Cloud Platform experience; Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Experience with REST APIs and cross-system integrations.
Deep knowledge of Google Workspace, SSO, SCIM, and MDM (Intune, Kandji, Jamf).
Experience in regulated environments (HIPAA or SOC 2) with monitoring tools such as Vanta.
