📋 Description

• Act as a primary systems administrator for Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian, Slack, Claude
• Serve as an escalation point for our IT Support team, troubleshooting complex technical problems
• Triage and handle inbound IT Infrastructure requests from the business, including scoping

• 5+ years IT systems engineering experience in a distributed, enterprise IT environment

• A history of managing infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or GitOps
• An AI-first mentality having enabled tools like Claude and ChatGPT for your colleagues and using
• Proficiency in building automations using tools like Okta Workflows, Jira Automations, and Slack
• Excellent working knowledge of identity access management systems, services and protocols (SAML
