📋 Description

• Lead technical IT due diligence: assess a company's identity, applications, endpoints, and
• Find the gaps between an acquired environment and Anthropic's security model, rate them, and build
• Define the technical integration plan and its requirements: what moves, where it lands, in what
• Run the integration: take over administration, migrate people, devices, and data, and retire what's
• Work with Business Technology, Client Platform, Corporate Network, IT Operations, and Security on
• Keep Corporate Development, Legal, People, Finance, and the acquired company's team clear on where

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years as a hands-on engineer in corporate IT, with experience designing and shipping systems
• Experience administering enterprise identity and collaboration platforms such as Google Workspace
• Working knowledge of endpoint management and security concepts, enough to lead diligence on an
• Proven ability to understand an unfamiliar IT environment quickly and deliver a prioritized view of
• Record of leading technical projects that span several teams and run to a fixed date, while doing
• Comfort working autonomously, with ambiguity and confidential information
