IT Systems Lead

📋 Description

• Own the systems strategy and roadmap across client platforms, AI systems, collaboration systems and
• Lead the consolidation of a fast-grown toolset into a standardised, secure and scalable platform
• Keep the client platform highly secure and aligned with industry best practices, adapting systems
• Keep things running: incident and problem management, escalation, monitoring and SLAs
• Embed business continuity, patch management and logging into how systems are built and run
• Support security audits, accreditations and certifications

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading an IT systems or infrastructure team, with hands-on technical experience
• Deep expertise in at least one major collaboration suite (Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace) and
• Strong experience with identity and access management (e.g. Okta, Entra ID) and endpoint management
• Experience leading distributed, multi-country teams and managing vendors and budgets
• Experience using AI tools in operations and automation, and assessing AI-related systems needs
• A proactive, pragmatic decision-maker who finds simple solutions to complex problems, even with
