IT Systems & Network Administrator

📋 Description

• Administer and support core business platforms including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Active
• Support the day-to-day operation of networks, systems, endpoints and cloud services across MEDFAR
• Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, Internet and general connectivity issues.
• Support firewall, switching, wireless and remote-access environments in collaboration with the rest
• Provision, configure and maintain laptops, workstations and other user devices.
• Manage endpoint lifecycle activities including deployment, patching, software installation

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in systems, network or infrastructure administration, or equivalent
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a structured approach to diagnosing technical issues.
• Practical administration experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience supporting Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience with endpoint administration, device provisioning, patching, software deployment and
• Solid networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Wi-Fi, VPNs and firewalls.
