📋 Description

• Provide Level 1 IT support and troubleshoot user issues
• Manage and update user requests via help-desk system
• Escalate issues by complexity and priority
• Administer Active Directory, Office 365, and user accounts
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows, Office 365, and remote access
• Support network connectivity and mobile devices

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years IT technical support experience
• Undergraduate IT/IS/CS degree preferred
• Proficient in customer service and communication
• PC hardware and peripherals knowledge
• Windows 7/10 and Office 365 experience
• Basic networking: Ethernet, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS
