📋 Description

• Lead India IT support team; set priorities and standards.
• Own day-to-day IT operations for India offices; ensure reliable support.
• Maintain India IT environment stable and scalable; planning and improvements.
• Support India business growth; onboarding waves, office changes, scaling.
• Manage local escalations; primary IT contact for India site.
• Execute Global IT policies in India with practical adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in corporate IT support or systems admin; 2+ years in a senior lead role.
• Hands-on with Windows, Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure AD, AD, Intune, Jamf.
• Understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, meeting rooms, video conferencing.
• Experience managing vendors, procurement, licenses, and maintenance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; self-driven and organized.
• Firewall/switching exp (Palo Alto, HPE, Cisco, Aruba) and automation/scripting a plus.
