📋 Description

  • Provide friendly and effective IT support to the entire team.
  • Troubleshoot issues; ensure right equipment and knowledge.
  • Proactively suggest and implement IT improvements.
  • Balance daily tasks with long-term IT projects.
  • Lead and mentor team members to develop SMEs.
  • Identify bottlenecks and streamline ticket resolutions.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years IT support; macOS & Windows.
  • Troubleshoot and own issues end-to-end.
  • Excellent communication across all levels.
  • Cloud-first stack: SSO, MDM (Jamf/Intune), Google.
  • Infrastructure: Networking, AV, cloud telephony, Zendesk, JIRA.
  • Proactive, collaborative; networking knowledge advantageous.
