Lead local and regional integrations with telecom operators and merchants
Validate flows and APIs; coordinate technical setups
Ensure test coverage; deliver operational documentation

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 5 years in technical missions (development, network, telecom) and PM
API testing and debugging: Postman, Swagger, REST, JSON
Familiar with MS Project, Jira, Excel
Comfortable contacting partners (calls/onsite) to resolve blockers
Proficient in English; French is a plus
Telecom: SMS/USSD flows, DCB, SMPP, OTP a plus
