🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of full-cycle IT recruiting experience.
• B.S. in IT tech preferred but not required.
• Sharp interview skills for technical and cultural fit.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong multitasking across projects.
• Proven track record of meeting hiring targets.
