IT Technical Support Specialist

📋 Description

• Be the main point of contact for technical issues.
• Install, administer and troubleshoot desktops, laptops and servers (Windows/Linux).
• Install professional studio equipment: cameras, lighting and audio.
• Troubleshoot hardware and resolve issues with OS, MS Office, email, network.
• Full Windows OS setup, including drivers and BIOS.
• 24/7 monitoring of system health.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous proven IT support experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good English (minimum B2) for international collaboration.
• Strong Windows OS skills: diagnose network issues, installations, config, remote support, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, Office 365.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and overtime.
