Level 1 & 2 IT tasks; prepare computers for new joiners; troubleshoot software/hardware.
Improve employee IT experience via support, deployments, and daily IT activities.
Maintain core IT systems and operations (OS, security tools, apps).
Track and maintain hardware and software inventory.
Ensure meeting rooms and VC systems function properly.
Update and document IT procedures.

🎯 Requirements

Passionate about IT with relevant experience
Modern IT mgmt: Cloud, SaaS, Google Workspace
Excellent customer service; English & French
Identify recurring issues; automate where possible
AI tools/tech experience a plus
