🎯 Requirements

1–3 years in help desk, IT support, or systems technician roles.
High level English; international purchases and support.
Experience with ticketing tools (Jira, Zendesk, Freshservice, etc.).
MDM (Intune, Workspace ONE) and device deployment knowledge; Windows/macOS.
Strong organizational skills; able to work independently.
