📋 Description

• Lead all aspects of IT delivery, including application development, production support
• Provide strategic and operational leadership to a team of 40+ professionals spanning software
• Establish clear objectives, performance expectations, delivery standards, and accountability across
• Partner with program leaders, business stakeholders, and client representatives to align technology
• Define and execute the technology roadmap for complex tolling, vehicle, traffic, transportation
• Lead modernization initiatives involving legacy applications, cloud migration, scalable

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of experience in a technical field or related industry.
• At least 2 years of experience in a team leadership or management position.
• Strong experience in tolling, vehicle technology, traffic systems, transportation technology
• Hands-on and strategic experience with AWS, Azure, and broader cloud transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of full-stack application development, including frontend, backend, APIs
