📋 Description

• Support users and maintain critical resources in a broad range of use cases and environments.
• Troubleshoot and recover failed Windows systems or resources.
• Implement policies based on guidance from security and engineering teams.
• Define, document, and implement best practice standards.
• Support user productivity applications such as O365, Outlook, Teams.
• Monitor for and remediate critical issues in production environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline and 1+ years of experience in IT systems administration OR
• 3+ years of experience maintaining a Windows-based infrastructure, including Active Directory, DNS
• Experience with scripting languages, such as PowerShell, Python, Bash.
• Experience in user administration in Active Directory and EntraID.
