ITAD Operations Associate (finance-focused)

📋 Description

• Ingest settlement and revenue reports from resale and recycling partners, turning messy vendor data
• Reconcile device-level and order-level ITAD revenue against actual bank deposits, and allocate
• Investigate unmatched records, ambiguous serials, and variances.
• Own the end-to-end credit issuance workflow in partnership with Finance.
• Raise and resolve discrepancies directly with vendor partners.
• Own financial reporting for the ITAD program, including revenue and margin, and produce

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years in reconciliation, cash applications, billing, audit, accounts payable/receivable, or
• Demonstrated experience finding and resolving discrepancies, not just processing transactions.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets: lookups, pivots, text-to-columns, deduplication, and comfort cleaning
• Strong spoken and written English, with direct communication to partners in the US and UK.
• Judgment to know when something is wrong and confidence to escalate rather than force a match.
• High attention to detail and ability to run several parallel workflows without losing track.
