Perform content validation across software, hardware, licensing, and catalog content
Analyze and validate licensing agreements and entitlement information
Develop expertise in ServiceNow ITAM product suite
Manage IT product part numbers and software/hardware catalogs
Create and maintain ITAM content-related process documentation
Identify quality trends and perform root-cause analysis

🎯 Requirements

2-6 years of relevant experience in ITAM, SAM, or HAM
Hands-on experience in ITAM implementation and content validation
Strong analytical skills with root-cause analysis ability
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of SAM/HAM tools like ServiceNow, Flexera, Snow
Bachelor's, Master's, or Postgraduate degree in any discipline
