ITMR Database Analyst

📋 Description

• Manage database reviews, schedules, and ITMR system support requests to ensure accurate and timely
• Review live shipment data to maintain high levels of accuracy and operational quality.
• Provide guidance and expertise on customs laws, regulations, procedures, and compliance
• Analyze customs clearance workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for
• Develop, maintain, and update standard operating procedures related to system usage and operational
• Monitor compliance-related issues and communicate recommendations to leadership teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of customs brokerage experience.
• CCS (Certified Customs Specialist) designation required; CTCS designation considered an asset.
• Strong working knowledge of ITMR and ECM systems.
• Experience analyzing operational processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Ability to interpret customs regulations and apply compliance requirements effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
