Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM solutions (Discovery, CMDB)
Configure automated Discovery across on-premise and cloud environments
Develop and maintain Service Mapping to represent services and dependencies
Configure and optimize Event Management, including alert correlation and automated incidents
Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise monitoring platforms
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot MID Servers

🎯 Requirements

6+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow, IT Operations, IT Infrastructure, or related roles
3+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow ITOM
Strong experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, ITSM, and ITAM
Experience developing with Business Rules, Glide, JavaScript, UI Policies, Flow Designer
Experience configuring and maintaining MID Servers
Strong experience with REST, SOAP, and JSON API integrations
