📋 Description

  • Lead strategic leadership and execution of the Talent Investor Program in East Africa.
  • Manage launchpad lifecycle from ideation to venture launch.
  • Ensure a seamless participant experience across cohorts.
  • Oversee budgets and coordinate with the finance team.
  • Build relationships with fellows, facilitators, mentors, and partners.
  • Represent Jasiri in the entrepreneurial ecosystem and drive partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Entrepreneurship.
  • Facilitation techniques certificate is a plus.
  • 5-8 years in entrepreneurship support and program management in Africa.
  • Leadership and stakeholder management across startup ecosystems.
  • Strong communication, adaptability, and strategic thinking.
  • Facilitation skills, group training, and emerging technologies.
