📋 Description

• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance backend applications using Java
• Provide technical leadership and drive solution design, architecture decisions, and engineering
• Design and build robust Microservices and REST APIs for enterprise-grade applications.
• Lead features and technical initiatives from design and development through testing, deployment
• Guide and mentor developers through technical discussions, design reviews, and code reviews.
• Ensure backend solutions are scalable, secure, resilient, maintainable, and performance focused.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Java backend development, with experience leading technical teams or
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.
• Strong experience designing and developing REST APIs and distributed backend services.
• Proven ability to drive technical design and architecture decisions for enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, clean coding, and secure
• Experience building scalable, reliable, and enterprise-grade applications.
