Java Product Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Debug and troubleshoot incidents with Sonatype products
• Reproduce defects and file actionable issues for engineering
• Replicate customer environments for testing (Docker, AWS, Azure, Kubernetes)
• Represent Technical Support in Engineering and Product Management discussions
• Assist product management in prioritizing enhancement lists
• Summarize and escalate customer experiences to management

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience supporting complex enterprise software solutions
• Ability to read and understand Java code
• Experience using REST APIs
• Experience with production-quality Java web apps testing/development
• Linux command line tools experience
• AWS, Azure or GCP experience
