Java Tech Lead / Solution Architect (React, Telecom)

📋 Description

• Define and maintain the technical architecture for the customer portal and integration platform
• Lead technical discovery: assess requirements, evaluate technical options, identify dependencies
• Design scalable systems: domain models, REST APIs, integration flows, microservices, and
• Contribute hands-on development: write and maintain production-quality Java and Spring Boot code
• Lead and mentor developers: guide a team of three full-stack Java developers through planning
• Establish engineering standards: code reviews, coding conventions, quality gates, and promote

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of commercial Java development experience and 2+ years in a Tech Lead, Solution
• Practical experience in the telecommunications sector, preferably with ISPs, BSS/OSS platforms
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot, including production-grade backend services
• At least 3-4 years of practical experience with React/ReactJS and TypeScript, including guiding
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering microservices-based, integration-heavy systems
• Experience designing REST APIs and OpenAPI-based contracts, integrating external systems, and
