Analyze and migrate legacy JCL workloads to Azure or cloud-native platforms.
Ensure functional equivalence and performance stability during migration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align migration strategies.
Automate migration and optimize batch performance (concurrency, threading).
Work with Control-M, CICS, ISPF, GDG, PSD, and MFT for migration investigations.
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for Azure automation and nightly batch jobs.

🎯 Requirements

Expert in Mainframe JCL.
Expert in Mainframe Job scheduler, especially Control-M.
Expert in Mainframe CICS, familiarity with CA Ideal.
Strong PowerShell scripting and automation in Azure.
Expert mainframe batch concepts (JCL, GDG, PDS).
Experience with mainframe-to-cloud migrations and JCL-to-PowerShell conversions.
