📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day showroom operations per SOPs and standards.
• Maintain showroom presentation, cleanliness, and customer-ready visuals.
• Drive showroom sales and achieve revenue targets.

• Own the showroom P&L and budgets.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Commerce, or related field.
• Proven experience managing a retail showroom in jewellery or luxury retail.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales, inventory control.
• Experience managing store profitability and P&L.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to deliver outstanding service.
