Job Captain, Multifamily Architecture & Design

📋 Description

• Lead project coordination with consultants through phases.
• Provide Revit support for project documents.
• Use the company's resource groups for design.
• Prepare design and construction documents.
• Assist PM/Architect with construction services (site visits).
• Perform project code searches and analysis.
• Assist with schedules and budget reviews.
• Support submittals for jurisdiction agencies.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, consultants, and WM staff.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of Architecture experience.
• Experience in diverse multifamily types (garden, podium, wrap) preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Revit skills.
• Knowledge of Newforma.
• Knowledge of building codes.
• Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents.
