Lead project coordination with consultants across all design phases
Provide Revit support for project documents
Utilize the firm's design resource groups
Prepare design and construction documents
Assist PM/Architect with construction services
Perform project code searches and analyses
Assist with schedules and budgets
Support submittals to jurisdiction agencies
Communicate with clients, contractors, consultants, and staff

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of experience in Architecture
Retail project experience strongly preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture preferred; related experience considered
Revit skills
Knowledge of building codes
Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents
