Lead coordination with consultants through all design phases to deliver contract docs
Provide Revit support for project documents
Utilize the company's resource groups for design
Prepare design and construction documents
Assist PM/Architect with site visits and shop drawings
Perform project code searches and analyses

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of experience in Architecture
Retail project experience strongly preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture preferred; related experience considered
Revit skills
Knowledge of building codes
Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents
