Job Captain, Retail Architecture & Design

📋 Description

• Lead project coordination with consultants and internal teams across phases.
• Provide Revit support for project documents.
• Prepare design and construction documents.
• Assist PM/Architect with construction services (site visits, shop drawings).
• Perform project code searches and analyses.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, consultants, and Ware Malcomb team.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Architecture
• Experience on retail projects preferred
• Bachelor's in Architecture or equivalent experience
• Revit skills
• Knowledge of building codes
• Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents
