Foster a supportive and motivating learning environment for W-2 participants.
Track participant attendance, engagement, and progress toward employment goals.
Collaborate with FEPs and employment services staff to align workshop content with participant
Provide individualized feedback and coaching to participants as needed.
Maintain accurate records of workshop participation and outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in workforce development, adult education, or career services.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Ability to engage with diverse audiences and adapt content to participant needs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual workshop platforms.
