Job Coach/Employment Technician

📋 Description

• Provide one-on-one support, coaching, and training to individuals with IDD in integrated community
• Assist individuals in exploring career interests, securing employment, and developing skills for
• Educate employers on benefits and opportunities of working with people with disabilities; advocate
• Support job skills development and monitor progress through documentation.
• Engage with community and contribute to a positive work environment.

🎯 Requirements

• One year experience working with IDD (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+).
• Day-time availability.
• ACRE and/or CESP certification preferred but not required.
