Job Coach - Part-Time

📋 Description

• Provide one-on-one training and education to caseload of individuals you support in their
• Offer prompts, cues, and support to encourage skill development and independence.
• Monitor and report progress, challenges, and work performance.
• Help the individual set and achieve goals; assist in overcoming personal barriers.
• Help clients communicate with employers and co-workers in the workplace.
• Help develop positive social, work, and life skills.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ months of prior experience working as Job Coach OR 1+ year of experience working with
• Valid driver's license and vehicle required
• Must have availability to work both day and evening shifts
• Must be available both days of the weekend
• Computer skills, including MS Office, email, and basic data entry
• Meet all Oregon State Department of Human Services requirements
