📋 Description

• One-on-one support for individuals with IDD in community work
• Coach and train to develop long-term job skills
• Educate employers on benefits of hiring people with disabilities
• Advocate for inclusion and reasonable accommodations
• Impact the community through employment support

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year experience with IDD
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
• Day and evening availability
• ACRE and/or CESP certification required
