Journeyman Electrician

📋 Description

• Perform electrical service, repair, and installation for residential and light commercial work
• Diagnose electrical problems, troubleshoot systems, and perform code repairs
• Run conduit, wire circuits, install panels, breakers, switches, outlets, lighting
• Read blueprints and work from scope-of-work documents
• Perform service calls, maintenance, and system upgrades
• Ensure job site safety, maintain tools, and complete paperwork

🎯 Requirements

• Valid Journeyman Electrician license or certification for relevant jurisdiction(s)
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in service and installation work
• Strong knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel Baltimore/PA/DE region
• Own basic hand and power tools; company may provide specialty tools
• Ability to lift equipment, work in tight spaces, and climb ladders
