🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional experience in experience design, product design, interaction design
• A strong portfolio demonstrating digital experience design and your ability to move from problem
• Strong experience with Figma, prototyping, interaction design and design systems.
• Demonstrated experience using AI as part of how you design, prototype or create.
• Hands-on experimentation with generative AI, AI-assisted design tools, coding tools or emerging
• Strong foundations in human-centered design, user journeys, information architecture, usability and
