📋 Description

• Mentor a team of 12+ copywriters/editors, providing regular feedback, coaching towards goals, and
• Build genuine, trusting relationships with your team, and create an environment where people feel
• Manage team workloads, track deadlines, and ensure your team is set up for success
• Hold regular 1-on-1 check-ins with your writers/editors, and lead performance and career
• Identify individual strengths and areas for growth amongst your team, and support team members in
• Extend culture and connection to every team member, whether they're down the hall or in another

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (all majors welcome)
• GPA 3.4 or above
• Prior experience working in any field (e.g., part-time, summer job, internship)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical and research skills
• Digital marketing experience (a bonus)
