📋 Description

• Support prospecting and headhunting efforts. Not just finding the right candidates, but nurturing
• Source candidates from diverse channels and screen resumes and applications with a strong quality
• Take hands-on ownership of role coordination that goes beyond scheduling (much of which is
• Conduct interviews and coordinate multiple rounds of assessments
• Partner closely with hiring managers to align on role expectations, feedback, and hiring timelines
• Communicate clearly with management and team members to provide regular status updates

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ months of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
• Fresh Graduates welcome to apply
• Strong attention to detail with relentless follow-up
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Bonus points for start-up environment and/or in-house recruitment experience
