Jr IT Analyst (part-time)

📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for Tier 1 IT support
• Provision and deprovision user accounts and manage access
• Administer Google Workspace and group permissions
• Assist with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms
• Monitor and resolve the daily IT support queue
• Document troubleshooting steps and internal knowledge base articles

🎯 Requirements

• 0–3 years IT Support/Help Desk/IT Operations experience
• Google Workspace or similar cloud platforms experience
• MDM solutions such as Intune, Kandji, or Jamf
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and user access issues
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
